Every person who intends to be a member of the True Vine online community, and to use the services offered to such members must first agree to these Terms and Conditions. By choosing to submit your registration at any time, you will thus be stating that you have read, understood and agreed with these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions, together with the privacy statement shall form True Vine’s basis for conflict resolution.

As a dynamic organization, it is expected that True Vine Team Ministries may change and republish these terms and conditions when deemed necessary without prior notice to members. However all active members will be informed by email of the change before the new conditions come into effect. Members shall also be advised as to when the new terms and conditions come into effect.

Our general terms and conditions affect the following areas:

Registration

1. Though the organization promotes its activities, the decision to register is solely the members. The organization does not register anyone to any online service even if the information required to do so is available to us for some other reason.
2. By submitting your details for registration, you are stating that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and agree also to the privacy policy.
3. The organization reserves the right to deny a membership request. A reason may be given but True Vine Team Ministries is under no obligation to supply such information.
4. The organization reserves the right to ask for more information during the request approval process, and that approval will only be complete if such information is provided within the agreed period of time.

When you submit your registration request, you are also stating that:

1. You do not intend to use your membership privileges to harm other members or non-members.
2. You do not intend to use your membership privileges to harm the organization.
3. That the information you provide is true to your understanding.
4. You allow the organization to contact you using the information you provided whenever it sees that as being necessary.

Cancellation of Membership or Deregistration

1. All members reserve the right to cancel their membership without any prior notice to the organization. However, their information will still be held by the organization for a period of time. The information will however not be used, neither shall they receive any communication from the organization or be contacted. . (Exceptions may include government security agents, law enforcement agents or any other authority persons in possession of a court order approving such a demand from us.)
2. On cancellation, the organization shall request to know why you are canceling your membership. You are however under no obligation to provide this information.

   The organization reserves the right to suspend memberships.

   The organization reserves the right to terminate memberships.
5. 
   The organization shall periodically audit all data and information traveling through our systems.
6. 
   Suspended members may not get any services from the organization unless it concerns that suspension.

   If a member successfully terminates her membership, or if your membership was terminated by the organization, you can re-apply for membership.

Service Delivery

1. True Vine Team Ministries shall continue to offer services to all members as per our mandate.
2. If we are unable to provide information or a service to which we were obligated to provide, the organization shall explain the circumstances to the member(s) affected via email.
3. Suspended members may not receive any service or information during their period of suspension.
4. During periodic maintenance activities, the website may be taken off for sometime . This will have either been communicated to all members via email. A message will also be displayed. Members may seek information via the relevant email addresses.

Use of True Vine Team Ministries website.

True Vine Team Ministries created the website accessible at www.truevineteamministries.com to serve as our global point of meeting with the people we serve. As we grow, we are also trying to provide most services online so our stakeholders don't always have to come to the offices for everything.

As a member, your activities may contribute to the content visible on the website. It is forbidden to upload the following  information (text, images or video) :

1. Information that is abusive, stereotypical, racist or traumatizing to any marginalized  groups.
2. Information containing pornography.
3. Information that will be considered illegal by the laws of Uganda.
4. Information that may lead to defamation of any person.
5. Information that contain product promotions and all forms of advertisements without the organization's approval.

You may not use this website for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Terms and Conditions statement, or cause damage on or through this Site. You promise that none of your communications with or through the Site will violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold True Vine, its officers, directors, employees, funders and suppliers harmless from and against any actual or threatened claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your use of the website in a manner that violates or is alleged to violate this Terms and Conditions statement or any applicable law.

Online Payments and Donations

While making online donations or paying goods or services, you agree to both these terms and conditions and those of our money transfer agents available on their websites. All donations are voluntary and the organization is not obliged to do anything in return for a donation made. You cannot not use  stolen credit cards or any illegal means to donate to True Vine.
