5. Ensure that every online activity involving this information will observe standard security measures.

7. Occasionally request you to update your information in order to keep it current and correct.

Financially Related Information
As a member of True Vine Team Ministries, some the activities you perform online may involve the use of financially sensitive information like credit card numbers, bank account numbers, debit card numbers, etc. Whenever this is the case, you will always be redirected to a third party website offering the service to us. Due to the extremely high security demands, we do not execute any of the electronic money transfers within our systems.

We have outsourced these services from trusted and experienced providers and we therefore express confidence that your transaction through their systems will be secure. In case of any problem, True Vine will pursue the matter with the provider until a solution has been found. True Vine however will not take responsibility of any loss, fraud, money laundering or any other activities considered illegal or causing damage to either party.

Besides the confirmations from the funds transfer agents you chose to use, True Vine will send email confirmations to all members who make funds transfer once the money has been received or confirmed to us by the service provider.

Policy Changes
True Vine Team Ministries holds the right to change as a whole or in part, this privacy statement.  The changes will be posted here and all our active members will be notified by email if the change affects the manner in which we will use their information. Members have 10 days to communicate their objections, questions or complaints after which the new policies shall be enforced. If we are going to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify persons affected via email. Members will have a choice whether to let True Vine use the information in this new manner.
